Avondale House of Prayer
AHOP is a time for prayer and worship in the neighborhood. We also put our faith into practice through neighborhood outreach where we freely give and pray for people on the streets. We are partnering with Cincinnati Initiative to Reduce Violence and the Avondale Concerned Clergy to pray for peace and encourage an end to violence. Time: Sunday, 10am to 12pm. Wednesday Church
Every Wednesday during the school year, Wednesday Church provides an opportunty for neighborhood children and adults to talk about a bible story and participate in a group. On occassion there is a "free night" where everyone enjoys playing games. Dinner is provided each week by volunteer teams.Wednesday Church meets every Wednesday when South Avondale School is open from 6:30pm to 8pm.Location: South Avondale School, 636 Prospect Place, Cincinnati, Ohio 45229
